Terms & Conditions of Sale

By purchasing any products via kabouterland.co.za, you agree to the following terms:

  • This is a legally binding agreement. Title ownership of goods remains with Die Kabouterland until full payment is received.

  • We reserve the right to refuse access, cancel orders, terminate accounts, or modify content at our discretion.

  • Products purchased via the website are intended for personal use only and may not be resold. Suspected resale will result in order cancellation.

  • If you are under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must supervise and approve all purchases.

Order Collection Policy (Pick-Up Only)

  • Die Kabouterland does not offer shipping or delivery. All purchases made online must be collected in person from our designated collection point in Stellenbosch.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for collection.

  • Orders must be collected within 7 business days, unless otherwise arranged. After this period, uncollected orders may be cancelled and refunded.

  • Proof of purchase and identification may be required at collection.

Copyright & Trademark

All content, designs, and materials on this website are the property of Die Kabouterland or their respective manufacturers and suppliers. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Representations and Warranties

Die Kabouterland makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and quality of the content presented, but we do not warrant that the website or its content will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Your Account

Refund Policy

You may return goods provided they meet all the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • The return includes the original receipt.

  • The item was purchased directly from Die Kabouterland’s store or website.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected. Any associated costs of returning the item are your responsibility.

Items marked SALE will be refunded at the sale price only.

For card or EFT payments, please allow 3–13 business days for the funds to reflect depending on your bank.

Promotional & Discount Codes

Promotional codes are governed by these conditions:

  • Valid for a single use per customer.

  • Must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively applied.

  • May not be used with other promotions or sale items unless stated.

  • Are valid for a limited period and may expire without prior notice.

  • Are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

If an item purchased with a promo code is returned, only the amount paid will be refunded. The promo code will not be reinstated unless the return is due to a product defect or platform error.
